Have you ever tried butterfly tapping? It is a great way to help regulate your nervous system. Sit comfortably or lay flat on the floor with your arm crossed and hands on your shoulders. Now alternate tapping each shoulder. The rhythmic tapping will promote regulation. Enjoy!
