There is a balance to be found with exercise. Too little or too much is detrimental to your health. Instead of thinking you need to suddenly commit hours to the gym and a workout regimen, start by getting your steps in.  Try parking a little further away when you do errands or arrive at work. Try challenging yourself to stand up and do movement during commercial breaks. Marching in place, air squats, band bicep curls, etc. are all easy ways to move your body. Earn your body some bonus points too by getting the movement in outside whenever possible! The body love sunlight and fresh air.


Movement is movement. You don't need to go to a gym to give your body what it needs.
